Our most unique pasta

Organic einkorn pasta

Our organic einkorn comes directly from our family farm and mill in Teton, Idaho, at the foothills of the Grand Teton Mountains. As sixth-generation farmers, we take pride in caring for the land using proven organic and biological farming methods that build healthy soil and grow nutrient-rich grains.

After harvest, we mill our einkorn into semolina flour before sending it to our pasta factory, where it’s crafted into pasta using traditional bronze dies. This process gives our pasta its authentic artisan texture, with a slightly rough surface that helps your favorite sauces cling to every bite. We finish with a slow-drying process that preserves the quality and character of the grain.

Questions

Einkorn, answered

Quick answers on our organic einkorn pasta.

What is einkorn?

Einkorn is the oldest wheat there is, and ours is organic and grown, milled and made by one family. Our sister company, Grand Teton Ancient Grains, grows it in Idaho, and we turn it into pasta right here.

Is it made in the USA?

It sure is: grown and milled in Idaho, then made into pasta in Salt Lake City.

What shapes can I get?

Four favorites: spaghetti, fusilli, linguine and angel hair.

Can I buy it wholesale?

Yes! Wholesale einkorn pasta is sold through our sister company, Grand Teton Ancient Grains.

Can I sell it under my own brand?

You bet: go private label with our bags and your tag, or custom manufacturing with any bag or box you send us.

What’s the minimum for einkorn?

Our minimum is between 700 and 1,200 lbs, depending on the cut and how much it takes to fill a dry room. Filling the whole room matters, because that’s how the pasta dries evenly and gets the flavor and texture you love in artisan pasta. Give us a call, and we’ll walk you through the rest, from shape to shelf.

How long does an einkorn order take?

Most orders ship in 4 to 6 weeks. Slow drying is what gives our pasta its texture, and good things take a little time.

Is your facility certified?

We’re GMP certified, a certified organic handler, and Scroll K kosher certified, so you can stock our pasta with confidence.
