Organic Einkorn Pasta
Einkorn is one of the oldest grains there is. Our organic einkorn is grown and stone-milled by our sister company, Grand Teton Ancient Grains, the family’s organic farm and mill in Idaho, then pressed through bronze dies.
Wholesale buyers get our organic einkorn pasta through our sister company, Grand Teton Ancient Grains. For private label and custom manufacturing, einkorn is available from Intermountain Pasta.

Questions
Private label, answered
Quick answers from a private label pasta manufacturer that still picks up the phone.
How does private label work?
You pick the pasta, we fill our bags, and your brand goes on the tag. We’ll send you the dieline for the tag, or your designers can take it from there. If you need a designer, we’ve got you covered.
What shapes and flavors can I pick?
Anything in our catalog, from long cuts to novelty shapes, all colored and flavored with real food. Take a peek at Capabilities & Shapes.
Can I use my own bags?
Private label uses our bags, but if you’d like us to fill your own bag or box, that’s custom manufacturing.
What’s the smallest run you’ll do?
Our minimum is between 700 and 1,200 lbs, depending on the cut and how much it takes to fill a dry room. Filling the whole room matters, because that’s how the pasta dries evenly and gets the flavor and texture you love in artisan pasta. Give us a call, and we’ll walk you through the rest, from shape to shelf.
How long until I’ve got pasta?
Most orders ship in 4 to 6 weeks. Slow drying is what gives our pasta its texture, and good things take a little time.
How does it get to me?
Wholesale orders usually ship within 2 to 3 business days. Private label and custom runs ship when your pasta’s ready, and we’ll keep you posted every step of the way.
Is your facility certified?
We’re GMP certified, a certified organic handler, and Scroll K kosher certified, so you can stock our pasta with confidence.
Can I put organic einkorn pasta under my brand?
You sure can! The einkorn comes from our sister company, Grand Teton Ancient Grains, and yes, the same family runs both.
