Pressed through bronze, dried low and slow in Salt Lake City.
Private label pasta, your brand on the tag
You pick the pasta, we fill our bags, and your brand goes on the tag. We’ll send you the dieline for the tag, or your designers can take it from there. If you need a designer, we’ve got you covered.
Choose from our whole catalog: everyday spaghetti and rigatoni, organic einkorn, real-food colors and our fun seasonal shapes. We press it, dry it slowly and pack it right here, so every bag on your shelf tastes like it came from a small kitchen, because it did.

Custom pasta manufacturing, your recipe
Bring us your recipe or your own ingredients, and we’ll turn them into bronze-cut, slow-dried pasta. We can even fill a bag or box you send us.
We start with research and development together, working through your choice of our shapes, plus color, flavor and packaging, until it’s just right. Choose from our existing shapes, and we make it the same careful way we make our own: bronze dies, a full dry room and plenty of patience.

Wholesale: our brands, your shelves
Wholesale is for approved retail accounts. Once you’re set up, log in to see prices and order Plentiful Pantry, Zpasta and our other brands right from the shop.
Wholesale orders usually ship within 2 to 3 business days, so your shelves don’t sit empty. Looking for einkorn? Wholesale einkorn pasta comes from our sister company, Grand Teton Ancient Grains.

Minimums & lead times
Straight answers, and the craft reason behind each one.
Our minimum is between 700 and 1,200 lbs, depending on the cut and how much it takes to fill a dry room. Filling the whole room matters, because that’s how the pasta dries evenly and gets the flavor and texture you love in artisan pasta. Give us a call, and we’ll walk you through the rest, from shape to shelf.
Most orders ship in 4 to 6 weeks. Slow drying is what gives our pasta its texture, and good things take a little time.

Simple ingredients, always real food
We start with un-enriched durum semolina or organic einkorn semolina. Every color and flavor comes from real food, like spinach for green, beet root for deep red and butternut squash for orange.

Bronze dies, classic cuts & fun shapes
Bronze dies are our standard. Bronze leaves a rough, porous surface that grabs sauce and holds on. Then we dry it slowly, long cuts hanging in the dry room and short shapes resting on wooden screens, so it keeps its bite.
Seasonal & novelty shapes
Dinosaurs, chickens, snowflakes, Santa Claus and more, in real-food colors and available all year.

Certified, so you can stock with confidence
We’re GMP certified, a certified organic handler, and Scroll K kosher certified, so you can stock our pasta with confidence.
One family, soil to shelf
Our organic einkorn is grown and stone-milled in Idaho by our sister company, Grand Teton Ancient Grains, and the same family runs both companies. We know the field the grain came from, the mill that ground it and the hands that made it into pasta.

Quick answers for buyers, from a pasta manufacturer that still picks up the phone.
What is the minimum order for private label pasta?
Our minimum is between 700 and 1,200 lbs, depending on the cut and how much it takes to fill a dry room. Filling the whole room matters, because that’s how the pasta dries evenly and gets the flavor and texture you love in artisan pasta. Give us a call, and we’ll walk you through the rest, from shape to shelf.
Do you make organic einkorn pasta for other brands?
You sure can! The einkorn comes from our sister company, Grand Teton Ancient Grains, and yes, the same family runs both. Go private label with our bags and your tag, or custom manufacturing with a bag or box you send us.
How long does a custom pasta run take?
Most orders ship in 4 to 6 weeks. Slow drying is what gives our pasta its texture, and good things take a little time.
Can you make seasonal or novelty pasta shapes?
Our seasonal and novelty shapes, like dinosaurs, chickens, snowflakes and Santa Claus, are available all year in real-food colors. Pick any shape from our catalog, and we’ll make it for your custom manufacturing or private label order. Give us a call and let’s get started.
Is your pasta bronze-cut and slow-dried?
Bronze dies are our standard, and we also run non-bronze dies by special order. Bronze gives our pasta a rough surface that holds onto sauce, and slow drying keeps the bite and flavor you love in artisan pasta.
